Custom Orders:

For Australian customers we use Fastway Couriers. This shipping charge may vary depending on the size of the order and where the goods have to be shipped.

A shipping charge will be added to the end of the invoice to cover this cost. For more information regarding this please don’t hesitate to contact us at Pontoon. 

For international customers we use Royale International Couriers. The shipping charge will vary depending on the size of the order and the country in which the goods have to be shipped.

Royale deliveries will attract customs inspection and charges. For more information on these charges please contact your local Royale office or contact Pontoon where will be happy to help.

Individual items:

We ship all our club and individual items via e-parcel.

All orders are sent in plain packaging, so at no stage will anyone know the contents of your order.

E-parcel requires the signature of the credit card holder at the point of delivery.
