General Information: 

Our telephone lines are open Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm for the placing of orders and inquiries. If you have any queries or would like to discuss any particular garment, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to help.

If there is a style or design that you don't see on this site, feel free to give us a call, we can replicate any garment or style, right down to the finest detail

If you are looking for something different for your team, give us a call and our design department will generate something completely original and unique.

Getting Started:

So we can start your order you need to provide us with the following information:

• Final sizing and quantity required.

• Finished design of your garments including fabrics and colours.

• Artwork for embroidery, printing etc.

• A delivery address including a contact name and a phone number.

• 50% deposit if required.

Payment information:

We need one of the following before we are able to process your order:

Prepayment: You pay the full balance when placing the order. Your order will be shipped immediately upon completion.

Deposit: A 50% deposit will start your order. The balance is due prior to shipping. We will ship your order once the full amount has been received.

Purchase Orders: We will accept a written purchase order from your institution once your credit is approved. Orders are billed net 14 days net. The purchase order must be signed by someone with purchasing authority and feature the institutions letter head. We also require an order number.

International Orders: All International orders must be prepaid before they are shipped.

Please note that we accept payment in Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard or Direct debit. Please forward all Cheques to:
