What is Club Uniforms Online?

Club Uniforms Online is a free service that has been created and developed by Pontoon to help administer your club uniform by providing a wide range of products to club members and athletes. Club Uniforms Online ensures that all clubs have the same opportunity to access technical, club specific merchandise, no matter the size of the club or the order.
 

How does the Club Uniforms Online work?

There are two ways to access Club Uniforms Online.

The first is to enter the club Uniforms Online section directly through the Pontoon website: 

·         Log on to www.pontoonsports.com

•        Click on the club Uniforms Online button

•        Select your club logo from the list

•        Select the garment/s you wish to purchase and the sizes and quantities you need

•         Proceed to checkout/continue shopping

Access directly from your clubs website:

•       Click on the club uniform section on your clubs website

•       Select the garment/s you wish to purchase and the sizes and quantities you need

•       Proceed to checkout/continue shopping

How do I get my club to join the Club Uniforms Online?

All you need to do to get signed up Club Uniforms Online is have an official representative from your club contact us at Pontoon and we'll do the rest! We can replicate any club uniform you may already have, plus develop new and exciting merchandise to complement your current garment range.

After your club joins the Club Uniforms Online, a direct link to your clubs uniform page will be uploaded to the front page of your clubs website. In addition to this, a poster will be provided to put on your clubs main notice board that will let all the members know where to get their uniform.

Payment information:

All Club Purchases are to be pre- paid by credit card, please note that, by arrangement, we can accept payment in the form of Cash, Cheque, or Direct debit. Please forward all Cheques to:

Quotes:  

Because Pontoon is a custom manufacture we base our prices on production costs and scale, all of which we take into consideration when providing you with a quote. Quotes are affected by the complexity of the garment and the number of embellishments. Once production has started add on orders will be treated as a new order and will be quoted differently.

Reordering:

We never discontinue a style so you are able to reorder that style in your teams’ colours year after year.

Delivery time: 

We have a 2 - 6 week delivery time on all orders, depending on availability of fabric. You will be notified when the order is placed and when it will arrive. Please note that delivery time is affected during peak and low seasons. Off season orders can be shipped in less than 2 weeks. If you put your order in late we will always try to accommodate your event schedule. We cannot, however, guarantee a delivery date on short notice production. So please remember to order early.

Returns and repairs:

At Pontoon we guarantee all our products for quality and workmanship. If there is a problem we want to fix it as soon as possible. If there is a problem please call us on 1300 557 317 and get a returns number. This will enable us to process your repair. Please ensure that returned garments are clean.
